Delete your Tekoo account

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open the Tekoo app and go to "My page".
2. Select "Settings" → "Delete account".
3. Review the information shown and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (if you cannot use the app)

1. Send an email to support@tekoo.ai from the email address registered with Tekoo.
2. Use the subject "Account deletion request" and state how you sign in (Apple / Google / LINE).
3. We will verify your identity and email you when deletion is complete.

Data that is deleted

• Account information (identifier, name, email address, profile picture)
• Résumés and other files you uploaded, and their analysis results
• Your job preferences
• Emails retrieved through the email connection or forwarding, and job details extracted from them
• Conversations with the assistant, your reactions to jobs, and remembered information
• Push notification tokens

When it is deleted

We delete all data within 30 days after your deletion request, including from backups. Information we must keep by law is kept for the required period.

Disconnecting Gmail

Deleting your account also disconnects Gmail. You can also remove Tekoo's access in your Google Account under "Third-party apps & services".

Deleting data without deleting your account

• You can delete what the assistant remembers in the app.
• When you disconnect Gmail, the email content already retrieved is deleted within 30 days.
• To delete other data, contact support@tekoo.ai.
